Waterproofing

Waterproofing

Waterproofing is an important aspect of any type of building and saves you unwanted costs in the long run. Damp is responsible for a large amount of damage to buildings and this is why adequate waterproofing is so essential.

Damp can rot wood frames and floors, crack foundations, and rust pipes and create a breeding ground for dangerous black mold. Waterproofing keeps the layers in a building dry and safe throughout the seasons and prevents damage that would cost you a fortune to fix.

Waterproofing is done during restoration and repair projects too. Residential and heritage buildings are at higher risk for water damage due to outdated designs and climate changes.
